尺度が労働量に置かれているかぎりでは、平等な権利、あるいは「同等な権利 das

Recht」とされているものが、なかばは資本制の母斑に汚染されているということです。あるいはおよそ権利というものはすべて近代市民的な権利なのであり、原則的には「内容において不平等な権利

Ungleichheit」であるというべきなのです。理由はかんたんです。そもそも労働能力が、平等には与えられていないからです。いま私たちが“能力に応じた分配のどこが不平等なのか?”という疑問をいだくとすれば、私たちはそれだけ、資本制に馴致されているだけのことかもしれません。あるいはたまさかみずからに与えられた通常の労働能力になんの疑問ももたず、たまたま当の能力を喪失するにいたることに、あるいはまた、やがては避けがたくその能力が失われてゆくことに対してじゅうぶんな想像力を持っていないだけのことかもしれません。ともあれ、権利とはある意味でただのフィクションですけれど、必要もしくは欠落は、だれにとっても不可避な、実在する制約です。たんなる交換(とりわけ商品交換)原理では、この欠落を原理的に補填することができません。

Story
Two boys(Shun&Nagisa) met and fell in love with each other in their high school days. Then 13 years passed. The two live in different places. Nagisa has left for the US after breaking up with Shun. Nagisa got married a woman and have a child, but they divorced several years later. He is still in love with Shun then he goes back to Japan with his little girl to see him. This is the purest love story of two men and how they can survive from the discrimination and prejudice.
