　As observed in the recent relapse of the brain death issue, the significance of “bioethics” has been refined currently. Conventional concept of “bioethics” no longer provides answers to such issues as vitro fertilization, euthanasia, organ transplantation and organ trade. This book aims at constructing a new framework of “meta-bioethics” in order to overcome this situation.
