Professor Yoichi Mine interviews Ms. Naoko Tsuyama about the movement from apartheid to democratization and development and challenges of democratization for 15 years. *Speaker: Naoko Tsuyama (Representative, JVC South Africa Office) *Interviewer: Yoichi Mine (Associate Professor, Osake University) **Introduction of Ms.Naoko Tsuyama After stuyding in Sweden and working for Japanese Representative at ANC, she has been participating in JVC since 1991. She was in charge of projects that relate to South Africa at JVC Tokyo office. She has been a representative of South Africa office since 1994. Yoichi Mine participated in international observers of independent election of Namibia in 1989. He was a lecturer at University of Stellenbosch in South Africa from 1998 to 2000.
