■“Sagamihara Attack and Challenges of Community-Living”- Ars Vivendi Journal 10 Issued

On 26 July 2016, 19 persons with intellectual disabilities living in a public residential institution were knifed to death in Sagamihara, Japan. The violence as well as the hate and ableist ideas expressed by the killer, former staff person, shocked the world. This is one of the topics of the latest issue of our Ars Vivendi Journal, Special Issue: Life and the community (No. 10, 28 December 2018);
