We, Global COE Program Ars Vivendi, would like to let you know the
following two news.
First, three of our program members, Professor Tateiwa, Mr. Murakami and Hashiguchi,
co-authors a book on September 10. The book deals with a topic of
Japanese tax system and proposes reinforcement of progressive taxation
instead of raising consumption tax rate in order to secure revenues.
