Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to clarify the roles and practices useful for a non-governmental organization working to support crime victms in Japan. The auther visited The Crime Victims' Center of Chester County, Inc. (CVC) in the U.S.A. on 29th March 2007. CVC is a non-governmental organization responsible for the Crime Victims' Center of Chester County. I conducted an investigation of a program by interviewing the staff.
